Walpole & Co. Acquires Sage Division of Integrated Advantage

Effective March 1, 2010, Walpole & Co., LLP (www.walpolecpa.com) will assume all aspects of our Sage business, including the support and sales of the Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, Sage BusinessWorks, and SageCRM product lines.

Walpole & Co. is a highly regarded certified public accounting and information technology firm with a strong Sage business practice. They will provide excellent service and support to Integrated Advantage clients, and we are confident they will quickly earn both trust and loyalty.

We anticipate the overall impact of this change on our clients to be minimal. Integrated Advantage’s Sage consulting team will join Walpole & Co. and will continue to operate out of our Fresno location, joined by additional consultants from Walpole & Co.’s Goleta office. This means that our clients can keep working with familiar consultants while benefiting from the depth and breadth of talent within the Walpole & Co. organization.

Integrated Advantage will renew its focus on IT, devoting our full complement of resources to evaluating, recommending, procuring, installing, configuring, and supporting a full range of network, Internet, and information technology services. We look forward to continuing to serve our clients' information technology needs.
